Refund and Returns Policy

At Creative Heart Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Any signs of wear, alterations, or damage will void the return.
  • Earrings are not returnable for reasons of hygiene.

2. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at sales@creativeheartjewelry.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
  3. Pack your jewelry securely to ensure it is protected during shipment.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered to us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase, whether it was a credit card, PayPal, or another payment method.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Items that have been altered or damaged after receipt
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, including the initial shipping fee and the cost of returning the item. These costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
